2. Account Registration and Security

Your account may also be closed with funds forfeiture for providing false registration details and/or for unauthorized account access.
3. Betting Rules

- A bet is confirmed only after the system generates a unique bet ID and displays it in your bet history
- MelBet reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including those resulting from obvious pricing mistakes or technical malfunctions
- Bets placed after the start of an event (unless through the live betting feature) will be voided
- The maximum payout for any single bet or combination of bets is determined by the platform and displayed in the relevant market rules
- MelBet reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any user without providing a reason

MelBet determines the outcome of a bet based on the official results of the concerned sport or match as provided by the governing body of the sport. In the absence of official results, MelBet reserves the right to void bets based on the information of independent, respectable sources from any available betting market.
Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled become void unless the event is rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time. For live betting, there may be a small delay in acceptance of the bet due to the fast-changing nature of the match. If a result has already been determined for the betting event at the time the live bet is made, then that bet becomes void.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals

- Deposits are processed instantly in most cases and are subject to minimum amount requirements

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
- Request from the user to close their account or activate self-exclusion

In cases of suspension due to documented violations, MelBet may refuse to reactivate the account even upon appeal. Suspension does not entitle the user to any financial compensation.
